1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a book has been shipped or delivered. Please make sure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may have already processed or shipped your order, and cancellations will no longer be possible.

3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• The book arrives damaged.

• You receive a duplicate order due to a technical or processing error.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a description or photo of the issue.

If a return of the item is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once we receive and verify the returned item.
